Q: I tried to register for an account, but never received my verification code.
A: There are a few likely reasons for this; the most likely is the email was caught by a spam filter. Make sure you allow email from webmaster(at)noiselessreturn(dot)com. You can then use the form below to have the verification email resent to your email account. If you continue to have problems please contact us from the email address in question and we can manually activate your account.
Q: I've lost my password; anyway you can send it to me?
A: Yes, please fill out the form below and your password will be emailed to you.
Q: How do I change my credit card Information
A: All our billing is done as a one time charge and is none recurring. When your subscription expires you will be able to renew with any credit card you desire.
Q: How can I change my password?
A: You can change your password in your Account Manager. Please not that you'll have to be logged in if you wish to change your password.
Q: I no longer wish to recieve emails, how do I make them stop?
A: In your Account Manager you can either change Daily Stock Trading Singles to No, or you can change Never Email Me Again to Yes.
If you still wish to recieve the trading emails, but only on stocks you are interested in change Trades sent by Mail to Watch List. Doing this will only send you the trading singles for the stocks in your watch list.
Q: What is the stock watch list, and how do I use it?
A: The Stock Watch List is your own personal list of stocks that you are interested in. Note: Unless you have premium access, your watch list is limited to only 25 stocks. As you add and remove stocks from your list they will automatically be sorted based on the Noiseless Return.com indicator.
To add an individual stock just input the stock in the space provided. Removing a stock already on your list is as easy as clicking on the X. If you have a large number of stocks to input you can use the Input Stock List. This will provide you with a box where you can input as many stocks as you list. However, inputing a list of stocks will overwrite your current list!
